If a student is not satisfied with a driving lesson, we kindly request them to report their concerns to us via text message within 24 hours of the lesson. To initiate the refund process, the student must provide a valid reason for their dissatisfaction. This allows us to address the issue promptly and improve our services.

Upon receiving the student's complaint, we will carefully review the concerns and, if deemed valid, initiate the refund process. We are committed to processing refunds within 24 hours of verifying the complaint, ensuring a quick resolution for our students.
